February 13, 2024 … When not cruising, I’m blessed the view from my writing room can be inspirational. It overlooks the marsh, Simmons Sound, the Sullivan’s Island causeway, Toler’s Cove Marina, and the waters of the Atlantic ICW that we love cruising. Architect Rush Dixon designed and positioned our home for every room to catch every sunrise of the year. Considering the chaos our country and world have experienced in recent years, the writing room is my place for thought, solitude, and reflection. Starting the day by capturing God’s art, has proven a wonderful way to start the day. Sunrises are like sunsets, no two are exactly alike. I hope these few brighten your day.
