When I “think outside the boat,” I usually start by thinking FOOD – like the incredible, $8.99 fried, softshell crab dinner I had at Quality Seafood, in Elizabeth City, NC. And yes, for $8.99 I got TWO softshell crabs, fries, hushpuppies, and old-fashion coleslaw like Momma used to make!
