The Belfast (ME) Harbor Fest, August 17-19, 2018 is a fun event in the picturesque coastal town of Belfast. Our 2016 visit to the event started with their wonderful pancake breakfast. If you are in Maine that weekend, you should definitely attend the Harbor Fest!
